The seller warrants that the above described Kitten is a purebred and and the purchaser has agreed not to register. In consideration of the sum of $200.00 (purchase price) paid and hereby acknowledged by the Seller as received, the Seller does hereby sell the cat aforesaid to the Purchaser upon the following terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

If this kitten is determined to be ill, or for any reason deemed unacceptable, the Purchaser may return the kitten for a full refund provided it is returned within one week of purchase.

The Purchaser agrees that this kitten will not undergo painful surgery to remove its claws. The Purchaser further agrees not to vaccinate this kitten before the age of 12 weeks.

The Purchaser agrees not to breed this cat and further understands that as a responsible cat owner, this kitten will be spayed or neutered at the age of 6 months. In the event that the cat is bred, a penalty of $1,000. shall be paid to the Seller by the Purchaser each time the cat is bred.

 The seller has the right to investigate the care of this kitten if circumstances warrant. If the Seller feels this cat is not getting proper care and treatment, the Seller has the right to have the cat examined by a veterinarian. If the veterinarian finds the cat a victim of ill-treatment, abuse or neglect, the Seller has the right to take possession of the cat. Under such circumstances, all refunds are then void.

Seller agrees to be accessible to the Purchaser to answer any questions and help solve any problems, to the best ability of the Seller. The Purchaser will promptly inform the Seller of any change in address or phone number.

Purchaser guarantees Seller the right of first refusal if the cat is to be sold or disposed of in any way. If the Seller does not wish to acquire the cat, the Seller will assist the Purchaser in placing the cat.

Reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent this kitten from acquiring hereditary faults or other genetic diseases. However, if at any time up to the age of one year old your kitten is unable to function as a companion due to a genetic health problem, the Seller will replace the kitten from one of the first available litters. If the Purchaser opts to have corrective surgery done to the kitten, the Seller will refund the Purchaser, all veterinary expenses up to the purchase price as stated herein, whichever is the lesser sum.

The Purchaser has read and understands the foregoing and agrees that all parts thereof constitute a binding agreement. Further, signatures below acknowledge receipt of a copy of this contract by the Purchaser.
