Congratulations on
the arrival of your Siamese Kitten. The following information will help your new
family member to adjust:
Kitten is presently being fed Nutro Natural Choice Kitten
Food in its dry form. When kitten is one year old we suggest that you switch to
Nutro Natural Choice Cat Food. Dry food is available free choice as well as fresh purified
water. Nutro canned food is fed in the evening and kitten will eat about 1/3 can at a
feeding.
DO NOT FEED MILK or dairy products to your kitten;
it is not able to digest milk after weaning.
Registration will be through CFA (Cat
Fanciers Association). The kitten is registered Colorpoint Shorthair, not Siamese. The CFA
registery identifies Siamese as solid points (Seal, Chocolate, Blue or Lilac). A
Colorpoint Shorthair may have any color or pattern on its points (solid, lynx, tortie,
flame, etc.). This is only a technicality as your kitten still has Siamese heritage.
NAMING YOUR KITTEN is always fun;
remember the name must start with the Cattery name where the kitten was born followed by
(s) and total number of letters and spaces cannot exceed 35. (Example:
TAYLORSIDES _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _).
Vaccinations have not been done due to
personal belief and information is provided.
Kennel Training is important if you plan to
travel with your kitten. It will learn very quickly that the kennel is home
and feel safe and secure no matter where you go.
Please keep in contact as we would like to
know how your kitten is doing.
